Airborne
A mother drives her daughter toward the life the daughter has chosen, moving away from her own. Within the car, the silence accumulated over the years feels heavier than words. When a flat tire forces them to halt, something long suppressed between them begins to emerge.

Director Statement
We are surrounded by war.
In these historical times, where art has long reflected the chaos of the world and the growing distance between human beings, I feel it is important to move in the opposite direction — back to something human again.
I believe every war begins inside of us first.
Against who we are. Against our own family, our mother, our father.
Against the distance between where we are and who we long to become.
At the deepest level, we all want the same thing:to feel seen,to feel understood,to feel loved.
Every war begins there. And maybe every war could also end there.
That is the soul of this film. The beginning of a place where war could finally stop.
