Following a global pandemic, six children find themselves abandoned on a mysterious island. Their survival struggle is overshadowed by personal desires for each other and for power.



Delfine Paolini is a writer and filmmaker based in New York.

In her youth, Delfine was a talented athlete, selected for the U-18 Olympic soccer team, with plans to play professionally until a knee injury ended her career.

Delfine's interest in visual arts began during her teenage years, when she became involved in the New York punk scene, photographing live performances. She met renowned photographer Mick Rock and had the chance to intern with him. This experience inspired her to study visual arts to complement her writing with imagery.


Her work was discovered and supported by the famous WME agent Johnnie Planco, who represented her for several years until his passing. Planco, known for representing directors like John Cassavetes, Paul Schrader, and Robert Altman, played a crucial role in guiding her as a filmmaker and set her on the path to becoming a director.

As a writer, Delfine has had several scripts optioned by award-winning producers, such as Rene Bastian, and has developed episodic content with acclaimed French filmmaker Mathieu Kassovitz.

In her free time, she enjoys studying subjects that enhance her storytelling. She is currently studying thanatology.
